Red cedar is naturally resistant to moisture and temperature swings and ages beautifully, while the 304 stainless steel interior ensures hygiene and a long service life. The external, high-performance cooling system holds the water steady at 3 °C, all year round, plunge after plunge.
Installation is plug & play: connect water and electricity, fill up, set the temperature and step in. A sturdy set of steps is included for safe, comfortable access.

The water circulates continuously through Nordic Tub's external, high-performance cooling unit, which holds the temperature stable at 3 °C year after year. The closed circulation reduces bacterial growth and keeps the water fresh between changes.
For private use it is normally enough to change the water about once a month. Maintenance is minimal.

Find the answers to our most common questions below.
Most people feel the best effect at around 5 °C, but our baths can be set down to 0 °C. Generation 5 goes up to 8 °C, while Generation 4S and Nordic Tub reach a full 40 °C on the warm side. If you are starting out, begin at a higher temperature, around 8 °C, with short sessions. Then work down towards 2 to 4 minutes at 4 or 5 °C, try it three or four times a week and tell us how it goes.
Yes. All our products can be controlled from our app: set the temperature, use the timer functions and have full control from your phone.
No, it does not. Use the timer in the app, or an external timer that we can send with your order, and the system rests overnight. Set it to start in the morning and the water is properly cold again within an hour at most.
Not at all. All our ice baths arrive plug and play. Fill with water, plug into a standard socket and set the temperature you want. Done.
Yes. We offer financing and leasing with a fixed monthly cost, and rental arrangements for commercial customers. Contact our sales team and we will find the right solution for you or your business
